PANHANDLE PATHWAY IN OUTDOOR INDIANA
The September / October 2019 issue of Outdoor Indiana carries a story on Indiana Trails’ involvement in developing the Panhandle Pathway, a rail trail in Pulaski and Cass Counties. The article describes the process of converting the railroad into a trail, with input from Indiana Trails President, Richard Vonnegut.
