Length: 4.1 miles (phase 1); 14 miles (total)

Descrption: This trail will follow a former Penn Central rail corridor and make an historic connection from the New Castle area to the state's longest rail-trail, the Cardinal Greenway. Much of the scenic route will follow the Little Blue River. The trail will originate at the new YMCA and connect to the Wilbur Wright Fish & Wildlife area. This project received a $950,000 grant from INDOT in 2003.
