Descrption: The
Porter Brickyard Trail will be a 3.5 mile long connector trail connecting
the Duneland Prairie Trail in Chesterton to the Calumet Trail along the
South Shore Railroad in Porter County. This is a TE funded project started
in 2000 using a Build Indiana Grant. The Porter Town Council and Redevelopment
Commission have been instrumental in the design and support of the trail.
