Cumberland - Under Construction

East - Shortridge Road

Cumberland, 3.0 miles under construction:
West - German Church Road
East - 600W Road, Hancock County

West - Arlington Road, Indianapolis
East - 600W, Cumberland

Trailheads:
Irvington Community School

Connections: Will connect to the Pleasant Run Trail in Indianapolis.  A short diversion through the Irvington area, through Ellenberger Park via a multi-use path on Ritter Avenue, will connect the west end of the Pennsy to the east end of the existing Pleasant Run Trail.   Eventually the Cumberland and Indianapolis sections will connect with each other and with Greenfield.

Future Plans: This trail is a part of the National Road Heritage Trail project, a 150-mile cross-state, multi-use trail in planning from Terre Haute to Richmond.
