Richmond (Wayne County)
Plans for the NRHT in Wayne County are in the investigative stages. The trail is expected to follow the alignment of the former Pennsylvania Railroad corridor into Richmond, where active rail still exists near its intersection with the Cardinal Greenway at the Whitewater River Gorge.
