Descrption: The Little
Turtle Waterway along the Wabash River represents a growing
trend in highly designed, multi-purpose public spaces integrating greenways
with public art, unique architecture, interpretive exhibits, natural features,
and native species. Logansport's natural and cultural heritage are
celebrated here and much can learned on a casual visit. It will eventually link with the Eel River Bluff Trail.
Future Plans: An
extension to the trail in progress will acquire and develop 1.2 miles
of trail along the Wabash River. Future connections to the
Historic Mill Race Trail and the
Eel River Bluff Trail are planned.
