Imagination Glen park, toward the east end of the trail, has an extensive hiking and mountain biking trail system. At the east end of the trail is a 10' concrete path leading to the Prairie Duneland Trail.

Portage Parks & Recreation

Future Plans: Subsequent phases of Iron Horse Heritage Trail development will pave to Woodland Park and points further west of the downtown Portage area. In time, the trail will be routed to the new beach front park.
