Length: 1.3 miles

Descrption: This trail follows the Eel River east of downtown and is part of the surrounding 40-acre park and nature area named Hervey Preserve, located along the north bank, east of Memorial Hospital.  The preserve features wooded land along both sides of Horney Creek and a 1.1-mile crushed stone path that connects with River Bluff Trail. It also includes natural paths, the Hervey Labyrinth, a picnic pavilion and parking lot.

The trail Includes a canoe/kayak launch and has two trailheads, three bridges, a picnic pavilion and several benches. The land was donated to Logansport Memorial Hospital and features many acres of high quality woodlands and wildlife habitat. The rail-trail revives a short section of the long-abandoned Eel River Railway corridor on the northeast side of Logansport.
